Meta/MUSE Ads Freeze Candy Crush and Prevent Reward Collection & Lost Power Color Bomb Booster

Question

For the past 2–2.5 weeks, Meta/MUSE (formerly Facebook) ads have been playing repeatedly and are the only ads I’m consistently getting. In just the last 10 minutes, every ad I received was a Meta/MUSE ad, and every single time, the ad finished but the Claim button did nothing. I could not collect the extra life or booster.

I’m then forced to close the game and lose the reward, including Super Color Bomb I was rewarded after beating 4 extremely difficult levels in the 21,000’s stage. This is extremely frustrating and keeps happening.

Please investigate and fix or remove these problematic Meta/MUSE ads. Until this is resolved, I will not watch them and will simply wait for my lives to regenerate.

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
