Repeated loss of accumulated lives after accepting new Terms of Use

Probe

I play Candy Crush Saga on a Windows 11 PC using Firefox and Facebook.

Several times a week, the game asks me to accept the Terms of Use again. Whenever this happens, all my accumulated lives disappear. My gold bars and boosters remain, and my sound setting is reset to ON.

Facebook still shows Candy Crush Saga as active, and I can see my friends and ranking.

I also installed the Windows app. When I choose “Restore my progress” → “Continue with Facebook”, I get: “There was a connection error. Please try again soon.”

King Support has only sent automated articles that do not address this problem.

Can anyone from King help investigate the Facebook synchronization/account issue?

Hi and sorry to hear this it can sometimes an issue within the game.

Please try the following lets see if it helps:

Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
