Lost access to my Facebook account – How can I link my game to another account?

Hello,
I have lost access to my Facebook account, and my Candy Crush Saga game is currently linked to that Facebook account.

I can still access and play the game on my device, but I no longer have access to the Facebook account connected to it.

How can I unlink the old Facebook account and link my current game progress to a new Facebook account or a King account without losing my progress?
