While making a purchase the game froze and I lost my super charger and 500 coins in candy royale. I spend way too much money for it to just be taking way from me. I'M DONE!!!

Hi friend…. Don't give them anything!!!! Keep complaining until you get a refund. You're making life too easy for them without having any accountability.
