Hello,

I am having a recurring problem with the gold bar rewards in Candy Crush Saga.

For approximately the last 5 levels I have completed, I have not received the gold bars that I was supposed to earn. The rewards are not being added to my account.

My Player ID/username is:6718209439

Could you please check my account and investigate why these rewards are not being credited? I would also appreciate it if you could add the missing gold bars for all the levels where I did not receive them.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game!

I am sorry to say that I am not clear about this issue… I am not aware of any event that rewards us Gold bars after playing 5 levels! Can you please provide more details about that? If you have any screenshots of the pop-ups of those Gold bars reward, it would help me to report to the Game Experts' team!
