How to tag CylinderKnot on iPad

To copy the name: tap the empty area to the right of the word 'Noble' to bring up the selection marker, drag it to highlight the name, and copy it.

To paste using the virtual keyboard: type the @ symbol, then use the paste icon on the virtual keyboard.

To paste using a physical keyboard, I use the Command (⌘) + V combination on a Mac. I assume it works the same way with the Magic Keyboard.

To be fair, this isn't exactly easy to figure out. Due to some weirdness with tagging, I can only tag myself on desktop if I copy-paste my username. Using an IME (input method editor) to type Japanese characters doesn't allow me to tag myself. If I try to type the characters on my iPhone, it also doesn't let me tag myself. I don't have that copy/paste button on my iPhone keyboard, so I'm out of luck there. Pasting text the normal way on my iPhone doesn't let me do the tag.

Thank you @MannyFae ! I think that worked! It's the command + V which I didn't know about. I do use a magic keyboard for typing, but I haven't got a clue what half the keys on the keyboard do. That was a really useful tip, thanks.
