Many, MANY TIMES I play and want to keep my streak, right? So I purchase bars, and it kicks me out of the game. Losing the perks NOT MY FAULT. so I can get back in the game but losing the hyped chocolate ball. I'm pissed. Why is this happening all the time??!! I want my money back!!!!!!!!

Hello @1087839954 the problem is that plenty of people care, but no one here can actually help you. This forum isn't King Support it is a fan forum. That is, every here is just a player like you are.

There are a worrying number of complaints from people that are having issues when making purchases, but only King, or the Store owner can help with purchasing issues. There is no point posting here.

Losing items of the game that you obtained freely by playing the game, like the Supercharged Colour Bomb and the Win Streak, is annoying but King will not replace these no matter the reason the you lost them.

Do not play the game to maintain a Win Streak. Play the game to complete levels using the least amount of boosters and gold that you can.
