All purchasing issues can only be dealt with by King or your App Store.

Contact King Player Support using the Help function of your game. You have to wait an hour after the purchase before you can claim there is an issue.

Steps to resolve a missing item purchase

• Restart your game and pass a few levels.
• Check your inventory to see if the purchased item is there
• Log out and back in yo your account. This can often help process the purchase.

If the item is still missing

• Open your Google Play purchase history.
• You can also locate receipts in the Google Play Payment Center by scrolling to ‘Find your Receipt and Order Number’.
• Look for a purchase needing cancellation or authorization.
• Cancel any pending purchase.
• Restart your game.

If the item is still missing

1. Go to your device’s iOS Settings.
2. Tap [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
3. Select your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to authenticate.
   • Note: If you use Family Sharing, you’ll only see purchases made with your Apple ID. To check another family member’s purchases, you’ll need to sign in with their Apple ID.
4. Scroll down to Purchase History and tap it.
