Lost of boost and win counts on weekly chart

Hello, I have ask this question before, my count for wins (weekly) remain zero even though I kept winning. To make matters worst all my boost are becoming zero. I have at least 500 of the donuts and the candy thingy 100+ on the combine boost. Please help!
