Subject: Baker's Box disappeared early with 200+ unused spoons

This morning I opened my game with well over 200 spoons saved for Baker's Box, and the event timer clearly indicated there was still time left to redeem them.
I opened the box and completed one segment, receiving 25 gold bars. Immediately after, instead of returning to Baker's Box to continue spending my remaining spoons, the game kicked me back to the home map. The Baker's Box icon completely vanished and has not returned, wiping out over 200 unused spoons.
Could support please investigate this glitch and credit the missing rewards for the lost spoons?
