Dear Sir/Madam,
There's something missing in the Win Apps, and no way to click this screen out to enter the game. I can only do that is quit the app and re-enter again, but it will lost one life. Please fix it.

You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset / clear cache data from app store - check app update - log out of game - restart device - open game and log in.

Could you try with putting the app in full screen mode and take a screen shot of the whole screen so I can take a closer look at this?

You will need to check for a game up date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. See if this resolves your issue
If playing via an internet browser also clear you cache / history

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
