Booster wheel problems and level 1467

Once the version 1.183 update rolled out on Candy Crush, something happened.
- I tried level 1467 at least 20 times. It is almost impossible to win even though there were 20 or 21 moves. The licorice swirls were double jelly and the bottom left corner were hard to reach. The center is also disturbing. Can the team redesign this level to make it to 30 moves or to make the level a lot easier?
- I opened the booster wheel. Since the version 1.183 update rolled out, I haven getting one yet. The booster wheel have one problem. When I set the clock a day later, it went to 0, but it doesn't work. They have to wait another 6 hours. Then I set to August 26 and it still doesn't work. Once it was 0 seconds left it changes into 1.5 hours left. WHat a mess! I will never spin the wheel again after an unusual mechanic that when it reaches 0, it sets back to one hour.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1467 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.
You have 20 moves to clear all the jelly. Your obstacles are conveyor belts, licorice and bombs.
There are no licorice dispensers so you only have to get rid of them once.
Look at the board carefully before each move and try to clear as much licorice as you can with every move, this will give you room to make the special candies you need to clear all the jelly in so few moves.
The center does have 3 bomb dispensers that release 15 move bombs so save that area until you have made a few moves, that way you don't need to worry about the bombs as you will have less moves than are on the bombs..
If a stripe or combo opens them up no biggie- 15 moves is generous for bombs. Not a whole lot of room to make big moves so just focus on the outermost jellies and corners since they are the hardest ones to reach.
Colour bombs are not hard to make, so use them as soon as you get them, then it will be easier to make another with even less colours.

To pass 1467 level, you must clear 57 double jelly squares in 20 moves or fewer.
Difficulty
Twenty moves may not be enough to clear all the jellies.
All spaces have double jellies in it.
The jellies are worth 114,000 points, which is more than the one star target score.
Strategy
Clear the liquorice swirls to expand the board.
Make special candies to clear the one-layered frosting squares in the middle of the board and clear the jellies.

@Evan_Lei Hi and welcome, video here should give you some hints and tips on completing this level, try to take your time and make as many special candies as possible and combos would be better to use.
Free spin wheel is a test feature so its not available to everyone in there game. Test features are groups of randomly selected people, so just means your not in the test group at present but could be in the future. Also date manipulation can cause you to lose many features in the game, it is advised not to do it as you will not got any help if your game becomes corrupteed and you lose everything.

Level 1476
For this level try to play more from the bottom to shuffle the candies as it will help to get special candy. Or use UFO booster that you get to make wrapped candy. Or watch video below to get more help.

If the timer on Treat Calendar or Booster Wheel has gone crazy, please wit for the next update. This should fix the issue and reset the timer.
If the issue persists after the update, then you will need to reinstall the app. Please note that Boosters and Lives will be lost in a reinstall since only the levels and Gold Bars are backed up to your Facebook or King account.
