Telephone Tier appears on iPhone but not iPad. How do I get it on both?
I haven't seen the Telephone Tier on any of my devices in quite some time. Lucky you to have it to play at all.

Not every feature is available to everybody. some features are test features and the groups are randomly selected they are also device specific and not through your account. so you can have a feature on one device and not on another and vice versa. so you are in the test group for that feature on one device but not on the other

Yes that can be a valid point. But i still believe that all the bonus features are randomly provided to the players and randomly on devices also. I am also having some differences on my laptop and android. So no perfct formula there.

Some Features is in testing Now it can't available for all player's all times.
