My two devices, PC and tablet, were off for months and then suddenly synced. Please follow the advice given. Good luck.
@mcordoeiro Hi and welcome, Can you please edit you email out of the post as this is your personnel information and could be open to abuse. just use the cog wheel and edit.
For your problem try playing and completing a level on iOS as some times it needs this for the game to sync to the server correctly.
