If playing via an internet browser also clear the cache / history

Hi @rafa140493 Sorry, your windows 10 game is saved to king servers so you will not lose any boosters etc. by checking for a game up date. you can also do an uninstall on windows 10 version and you keep everything. IT is only mobile devices you lose any stored boosters or lives

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
