    @rafa140493 Hi and welcome, Please check for a game up date and log out and restart your device. then log back in. see if this resolves your problem

    If playing via an internet browser also clear the cache / history

    @Freddy_Falkner I play using the window's 10 app, getting an update will not make me lose my boosters?

  • hi @rafa140493 i have the same problem when i open my app so just try and play a level or two and see if it works

    Hi @rafa140493 Sorry, your windows 10 game is saved to king servers so you will not lose any boosters etc. by checking for a game up date. you can also do an uninstall on windows 10 version and you keep everything. IT is only mobile devices you lose any stored boosters or lives
