My CCS avatar is different from my CCSS. I had hit an avatar by mistak when I was looking thru them (on my CCS), these were different than the ones on CCSS. I didn't know how to change it back so, the one on my game is different than the one on my profile. 🤔🤔😮

There is a limit of maximum 20 avatars to choose from on the site. Therefore we have only 20 to choose from.
We changed the avatars to 20 new ones this summer and you can also choose a personalized avatar when you reach Level 5 in the Community!

Figured. That's why I wondered if something changed. 👍🏻 Though even now withlevel 5 I can't choose my own avatar by myself. I can only pick one of the pre selected community avatars. I just checked. So I don't know what to say 🤷♀️ I don't know how you could 🤣🤷♀️

I was on level 4 before I became a game expert and was able to change my avatar. That’s where my avatar came from, I uploaded it when I was on level 4. I don’t know if she can or not, I was just goIng by what I got to do. 🤷♀️

No, she/he can't do that yet. At level 4 you can add a signature and upload a image on it. At level 5 you can choose a picture different from those available on the community and ask a CM to set it as your avatar. This was the rule when I was promoted to level 5 a month ago. I'm not sure if the rules have changed since 😅

Since you’re on level 4 you should be able to upload a picture from your device and change it. Go to your profile and click on your avatar and you should be able to change it from there. 👍
