Yes! Level 4 needs 250 comments and points that you can pass Backstage Community! π

Levels are your progression path inside the Community. The more comments you make and the bigger your contribution is, the higher you will rank. Go all the way up to becoming a Legend in the Community! (Although it seems like there are three other secret levels afterwards...)
