Why ccs 3309 change moves to 5?

Levels may get updated after the release. Even though there are fewer moves now the level is not impossible, just a bit harder to pass. Check more info here:
Hello again, Yes, the levels are constantly being worked on. There are more boosters for that. You can enter your game and your level on the Internet and receive many videos and tips. I hope this helps!!
