The lives gift is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

We can get free lives gift only if our friends send us lives. If you have friends in your game you can request them by clicking on the heart icon on top left corner of your game screen.
Click on the ask friends and send them request. If they will accept your request then you will recieve the free lives. If you dont have active friends please join some facebook groups for candy crush and you can see a lot of active players who can become your game friends and you can send lives each other.

I am the first winner of the Blue Candy Race, but my Gold Bar reward has not been received even after three days.
Since early December I've not had any extra lives awarded , butterflies not collecting. Game just not working as it normally would. I've reinstalled the game 3 times. Please help
