Very sorry but for the roadblock as mentioned by freddy you have to contact player support from your game application and i hope they can open it for you but my advise for you is to please link your progress through facebook and play nonstop.

@unicoreen Hi and welcome, If you play on facebook or win 10 app or mobile app you will not come across the roadblock. For this at present you can only contact customer support using the contact us at bottom of page and hopefully they will help you . Normally our Cm would open this but he is away at present
