End thread. I figured out a loop hole. Made a king account. And it save the progress from my Apple account. Thanks. Glad I can be of assistance in helping myself.

Open the game on your device and tap the Settings button (usually shaped as a cog).
Tap the orange and yellow King account icon.
If you're already logged into your account then choose the option 'Edit profile' - now change your player name and profile picture and you're all set!

Sorry. I don’t “choose” my name for king.com. See screen shot, “continue with Apple” , to save progress ..... then my info is automatically pulled which is unacceptable. Why wouldn’t I be able to change my name. So weird.
its showing that name which you provided in your Id.
if you want to rename in game so you must change your name from there.
I tagged also community managers. They will help you if any other option available.
So you want me to adapt my personal information to have a faux name for a king.com game? I conduct business from my phone and I’d rather not conform my personal data to play an online game. I guess I’ll just pick other games to play that do not infringe on my personal information to be exposed in their games.
You can change your Apple ID Name at My Apple ID. Click on Manage your Apple ID and sign in with your Apple ID name and password. Click Edit and enter the new information, then click Save Changes
Unfortunately this is what I get when I click my profile. Please see attached. If your recommended remedy was that easy I would’ve figured it out. I click that king emblem and all it displays is that user ID. Nothing editable on that screen

Everytime I get the pink candy that roles they won't give it to me
