The King.com site still has the old Flash Player version of the game and therefore do not feature any further levels past 2825.
The site will eventually be updated to the new HTML5 version, but there is no date set yet for this.
If you want to continue the game right away, you can either download the game on a mobile device and connect the game to your King account.
You can also sync your King account to Facebook under the settings on the site and then continue playing on Facebook.
On a Windows PC you can download the app directly to your computer from Microsoft Store, connect the game to your King account and continue the game on the Windows app.
