@NickyNooNah Hi and welcome, i appreciate your having a problem getting the tournament on your android device, but do you not have another device that you could try logging into to see if you get activated on that.

Hi Freddy, I have an Apple device, an Android device, and a Windows device, and I get the same result across all 3 platforms sadly.

Since the app version is the latest in your Android phone, is the event there? Please play a level and check the event tab again. 😊

@NickyNooNah Ok thought it may be worth a shot i had it come straight up on my iphone but the windows 10 app did not until i restarted my device and after i started game on my iphone. Seems a few people have the problem but know one person had problems getting it all day on the first day then got it an hour before the finishing time. So do not give up keep trying you may get lucky

I've tried that just now, and sadly, the same outcome... apart from being a level further along :)
