I watched the video but that is not how the level played for me. As I show in my screenshot everything was cleared except for the last tangle. The video shows that the last 2 sprinkle balls on the bottom Right clears that bottom tangle. However I believe that I only won when I finally cleared it using 2 sprinkle balls on the top.

Well, der Spieler will take your word for it; as he has already passed the level & will not replay just to test it.
Yep, two speckled bombs side-by-side is usually a good thing; might even make a bit of a dent in these higher levels with all the blockers.
But anyway, good on you for finding a method to pass it; onwards & upwards...
Will a hammer work? I think I tried that and the hammer did not work. I finally figured it out. You have to save 2 sprinkle balls next to each other once you have that situation of that remaining single tangle. You smash the 2 sprinkle balls together and that will break the tangle. I think, I am pretty sure I tried a hammer and the hammer didn’t work.
I have the same exact issue.

For this level try to play near to blockers or from where more candies are available to play. Use more striped candy or play with wrapped candy near to blockers to break them all.
