@nisios Hi and welcome , there is an issue with the scoring levels that has been reported to the game studio and we are currently awaiting a fix. Currently we have no time frame but they are working hard to fix this
Please keep checking your app store for an update as the fix is more than likely going to need this to be implemented

For Scoring Level a fix is on the way, but to be able to get the fix you need to make sure you have the latest update installed.
Please make sure the app is up to date and also force close the app and restart the device so the game restarts.
Same here (and millions and millions and millions and millions others). Daily playable funny game isn´t anymore so funny. We waiting your hard fix. Same time we lost our points with little side games e.g. Golden Crown. And we cannot participate in new ones. We want more balls or points. So simple, isn't it?
Apparently the problem is only on the Facebook version of Candy Crush. I just easily completed the level using my i-Phone. Good luck to all of you that don't have the option of using a phone to play the level.
The video above is not the current version of Level 5623. Points required have changed and the points for using a color bomb have been decreased to where the level is impossible.
Hope the fix comes soon.
This problem has already been solved at some level and work is underway to solve others. You need to keep the app updated to the latest version to get the issues resolved.
If you have the same problem despite having the latest version of the app, you will have to wait a bit.
