Is someone experiencing a problem with level 5699 ? I need to get 400000 points in 20 moves ; with a colour bomb I get 10000 points only. Means I need 40 bombs ! It is impossible with only 20 moves ! Please help. Thank you.

Unfortunately a lot of players are suffering on these scoring level issues. But as explained above the matter has been reported and we are awaiting a fix and update from studios.

I have exactly the same problem. The coloring bombs and other special candies don’t seem to boost much. Are there any news about the fix?

Yes the fix is reaching on different devices. Shortly it will also reach for everyone. Thats why we are saying keep your game and device up to date.
Hello @Sabmaschan and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am glad you are now able to move ahead on your mobile phone. This issue was very complex and as a result the Studio was not able to send out a fix at once for all platforms. The fix has now reached a lot of the players and the studio is gradually fixing the issue for the remainder of the players.

I had the same problem till yesterday when playing on a computer. Someone recommended me to play with a mobile phone and bingo ! Success on the first attempt !
A lot of players are affected by this issue. We are extremely thankful for your patience. But the information we have uptill now is that the fix is on its way. Just keep your game up to date and soon the fix will reach your device.

@ClubSexyCool Hi and welcome, yes this is happening to a lot of people and on a lot of the scoring levels, hence the fix ix taking a little longer than expected
Seems to be happening with 5550 and 5559 too. The Cake Bomb / Number Bomb combo point totals are totalling incorrectly.
