Lost win moves wheel

Hi I lost my win moves wheel about 5 months ago and I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times the app to no avail. I now feel that I am expected to complete every level the hard way with one arm tied behind my back compared to other people.I have read the comments that the replacement feature have been put in place but I am yet to see them and I am seeing my friends disappearing far ahead of me

Hello @dal1967 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! I know that it can seem confusing and sometimes unfair that your friends have features that you don't. As stated above, the studio is constantly looking for ways to make the game more interesting and fun for the players, so that includes creating new challenges/blockers and also features that can help the player like the daily wheel spin or calendar or even your Fantastic Five team. In order to get a better idea how players react to the different features, they offer them to various test groups (of different sizes) so sometimes you will have a feature for a long time and then you won't. but hopefully something else will appear in your game.

Since you have found this community, I hope that you will stay and explore and spend some time with us. It is not only an opportunity to ask for help, but also to share opinions and ideas. There are also contests where you have an opportunity to win gold bars and badges and fun stories and games to read and play.

Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, these bonus events are not available to all at the same time. You keep switching to different test groups. That you don't get any of these is annoying. You can only wait.

@dal1967 Hi and welcome, The free move wheel is a bonus feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game as not everyone get this feature. It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so it just means your not in that group at present but you could be in the future.

All you need to do to make sure you are getting the features available to you is check for updates and log out and restart your device and then log back in
