@Tedsmum Hi and welcome, There is an issue with the scoring levels that has been reported and is awaiting a fix. Please keep checking your app store as the fix is likely to be in a game update. you will also need to restart your device when update done to ensure fix reaches your game
Some people have reported theres has been fixed but we have had no official news yet

Yes there is an issue reported already on almost all the points level and a lot of players are suffering due to this issue. However our studios have informed us that the fix is on its way but the fix will reach to the updated game applications. So we request you to please log out, update your game application, restart your device and hopefully soon you will get the fix in your device.
