@molly245002 Hi and welcome, We have a few people reporting this issue so may be a temporary problem again, hopefully some of the information supplied above will help you.
I would try turning of your wifi and disconnecting from both Facebook and your game. Restart your device and then log back in to Facebook and then your game and see if this resolves your issue

Very sorry about this but few other players have also reported the same. I think its a facebook related issue. Please update your facebook application or reinstall facebook then restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case.
Meanwhile we are also reporting it to our game team and as soon as we have a news on it we will update it.
