No daily rewards in Candy Crush Saga. I cleaned the cache. Can you help?
@princesscandy Hi and welcome, If you have checked both your device and game are up to date and have cleared cache and logged out and restarted you device and this has not solved your issue. At the moment there is not much else you can do from your side other to wait and see if your daily features return to your game as they be missing due to a temporary problem

The Daily rewards is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Sometimes itâs also possible that you are unable to play these because you donât have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply youâre not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they donât, itâs just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon youâll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!

By the way, this feature is still tested that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game mostly. Mostly of players have asked this problem too.

Very sorry about that but i saw your similar post in candy crush soda also. So is it that you didnt get reward in both games.
Kindly mention which device and game your are playing so that we can give you correct advice.

The Treat Calendar (for daily rewards) hasn't yet reached all players & their Games since it's still running as a test feature so it may still have some issues or not work perfectly for all Players. It may also disappear from the game for some periods of time or on some devices.
Check the above & if the issue remains try this ---> Opening the Game ---> Log out ---> Close the Game ---> Clear Cache on Device ---> Reopen the Game ---> Log back in
Most of the times these tricks work. But if they donât, it usually means that you may not be amongst the selected group of Players to have certain features at a given moment.
đ´ Bear in mind that daily login information is stored on your device -not on the Game servers. If you switch devices you will lose your daily streak -which can't be restored- and will need to login daily for 7 days consecutive days to reach the maximum # of rewards (there are no better rewards for logging in past day 7).
