I stopped receiving the daily calendar reward. How can I fix it ?

Sometimes it’s also possible that you are unable to play these because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they don’t, it’s just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon you’ll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!

By the way, this feature is still tested that means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone on this game mostly. Mostly of players have asked this problem too.

Very sorry about that, please do the standard troubleshooting by Logout, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If playing through web browser please clear cache/history and restart your device and check again if it solves your issue.
It may also be unavailable due to some temporary issue and hopefully be back soon.

The daily treat calendar is a bonus feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected people. So this could mean your not in that group at present but could be again in the future. It may also be missing due to temporary problems
Please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in this will ensure your getting the features available to you

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
