I have played this level 3 times now. The frog freezes with bulgy eyes and won't unfreeze. I have used several moves to try to dislodge it but it is not working. Can't complete the level.
Has anyone else had this happen?
@Leslie_B Hi and welcome. Please do the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this solves your proble. Check both your game and device are up to date , clear your cache ( NOT DATA ) and log out and restart your device and see if this rectifies your problem

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
