@WongTingHo05 Hi and welcome. Hi and welcome, As explained above there is a known issue with this graphics glitch, but it is still happening to people. You do not need to worry as your team scores will still be counted in the background and you will get any rewards if and when your team reached the targets. This is just a problem with the graph

Understood that the actual F5 points are lower than the one displays on the screen game.
Usually, this happens when one or two of your F5 team members left the group after completing 7K, thus, leaving the remaining members' actual score in the game. So you and the other members have to continue playing to reach the second leg and final leg of the F5 quests to redeem the prizes.
If you need to recruit team members, please visit this page or leave your current team and join a new one here.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again.
In my opinion it is a graphic glitch and i guess it happens when some player leave the team. It was quite frequently happening couple of months back but now it is ok. So do the troubleshooting steps and i hope it will work fine.

Hello @WongTingHo05 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! Do you mean your team only had 1,293 points but it gave you credit for the full 7000 points? I have found that since your teammates may be playing the same time as you, the Fantastic Five totals don't always catch up and so that sometimes if you just exit the game and then come back to it, the Fantastic Five results will have changed.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
