Adjustments for Multi-Layered Frosting

Several months earlier, there was a change to the looks of frosting, as it turned from mahogany and white to red and white. Unlike the previous one, this version contains frosting looks that also have different layers but is sometimes indistinguishable. For example, it's extremely hard or even impossible to distinguish one-layered frosting from two-layered frosting without destroying it, a major disadvantage. Same with three-layered frosting to four-layered frosting. Maybe add some more stripes or patterns so it will be easier to find out how much layers a frosting actually has? Though it is a small thing to do, it makes a big difference, such as in levels with all types of frosting, such as 276. Tagging several members who may be interested:

The new Strawberry frosting has maximum five layers just like the old Chocolate Meringue one.
Two stripes will get removed for every hit you make. It goes from 8 stripes of strawberry to six, then four and two. The last one is without any topping and just needs one hit to get it cleared.
The idea of the new strawberry frosting was to make it easier to keep an eye on how many layers/ hits you have left when you can count the stripes. The old Chocolate Meringue had the layers on top of each other which made it more difficult to count them.

I think these are fine, and they were fine before the change. Only other issue I have seen noted is the colour is confusing to some, thinking its a candy.
The real problem and change should have been to the crystal blocker. See pic below... many raised their concerns stating its very difficult to see whats underneath. However, no change is due for this or near future.
It's frustrating to see changes like the candy necklace, when no one had an issue with the bot. And this issue being disregarded.

The image above is really large though. In real Candy Crush levels, they would appear like this:
Five-layered frosting (top) to one-layered frosting (bottom)
The change through the entire process is obvious but the transitions between some frosting is hard to see.

Please add some patterns or stripes because in the levels trying to see them is very difficult, like seeing a fifth-magnitude star. You might even waste lollipop hammers on them.
