Piggy Bank full but cannot unlock

I don't think it's fair to have to PAY for the piggy bank that I have EARNED!! I think it is very wrong for them to do this!! But unfortunately I don't think there is a way around it! They want to get you hooked on the game so you'll be willing to spend actual dollars to play! NOT ME! I'm about to hunt for a different game to play.

Not to open old wounds but I'm ripping the staples out. The links above go to "page not found" ends. So how do I use or pay to use the gold bars in my full piggy bank?
