Saltando, a new event in Candy Crush Saga and outside the Saga Map, is currently available for a few Candy Crushers around the world
The Saltnado is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

As well explained above that its a new feature and like all other bonus features it is also randomly assigned to different players. Not everyone has this feature. Keep your game up to date and hopefully it may appear to you as well.

Not everyone has this feature because the events are released slowly to all players. Don't worry it will be released in time.
Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if it solves your case.
It is new event and may be a glitch. I hope by updating it will be solved.

Hi and welcome, I also do not have this new feature. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected people so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be in the future.
To make sure your getting the features available to you . check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in regularly. This will ensure your game is running the best it can

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
