Please help. This started about 3 days ago. Right at end of level it goes blank. I have updated game. I lose lives and progress due to this problem.

-First remove the game from Facebook here (this do not delete any progress or in-game items)
-Clear the cache and cookies on your browser
-Reinstall the game
Try also another browser than you currently are using. Recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Make also sure your browser is up to date. You can check if it's updated here.
Please note that the game do not run on Flash Player on Facebook. It's running on HTML5 and no Flash is required!
If you have a Windows PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the app instead. You can sync your progress just by connecting the app to Facebook and you can download the game from Microsoft Store by clicking HERE.
@jeanneanders2036 Hi and welcome, if you have updated your game please clear your internet browser cache if playing via an internet browser and also log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
