The Chocolate Box is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login and check if it solves your case. Please also note that. It is a bonus feature and not permanent part of the game. All bonus features are awarded to players on random basis by the system. Your wife is having it as she is still the part of that random group. But may be you are not at the moment. But be hopeful it changes time to time. Also it may be unavailable due to some temporary issue. So soon it can appear back in your game.

@Bluemoon2012 Hi and welcome. The chocolate box is a bonus feature so not everyone is guarenteed to have this in there game. Bonus features are given to groups of randomly selected players. So this just means you are not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. Sometimes it can also be missing due to temporary problems
To make sure you getting the features available to you . Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device regularly to ensure you game is running the best it can

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
