I too finished the first game (5) and on second game on the second one and all of a sudden it’s gone completely off my IPad. What’s wrong???

The issue should now be fixed and the Halloween event also back up running in the game.

I hope you will become more active in the community here - there are a lot of fun things to do and some of them can even get you free gold bars and/or boosters.
Hopefully as mentioned above, the issue with the final Hallowed Tower event will get fixed and be back in your game soon. In the meantime I don't know what level you are on, but when you reach a game milestone, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 - you can get a special badge added to your profile. There was some technical issue in the event. So it has been removed for short term. Hopefully once it will be fixed by the studios it will be back.

@Irene_Horsley Hi and welcome, The feature has been removed from the game due to a problem with one level so a fix can be implemented. please keep your eye open and hopefully this will return when a fix has been implemented
