@aclouse No I'm not 💯 sure if it's been disabled or not these game features come and go in time to time and not all players can see them at once as well since it's been tested for a few players only.

First thing did you try restarting your device?
Try to log out and log back in to the game. If it still doesn't work. Then the game might have temporarily disabled it. As most of the features in the game aren't permanent.
