Here are some Tips on passing level 1297:
Combining striped + color bomb is the best way to remove liquorice locks and clear the jellies.
All jellies are locked by liquorice locks, but clearing them with four color candies is easy. With four candy colors, creating special candies are easy. With 15/16 moves, you need to get 1,000 points in every single move to get one star. The jellies are worth 56,000 points, which is equal to the one star target score.
