I specifically addressed this to Pounawea which was why nobody responded except you. If I wanted a response from anyone, I wouldn't tag him or put his name here. One more reason was because you cannot really do anything to fix this issue in the first place so why bother? I have been helping Community Members resolve their issues for years. If the inquiry is beyond what I can do, I don't mess with it.
This is not about you! I am not trying to be mean. This is a matter of principle! If the letter is not specifically addressed to you, will you take it upon yourself and deal with it even if you can't resolve it?
I already addressed this just above your response. I know that @Pounawea is not in or not available on weekends. I am not a newbie. I've been a Community Member long before you. You can ask Elsa if you'd like. Please read the comments first before responding! I surely appreciate it!

I get the ads and are used to them, no issues. What has kept me off the game currently is that the ads have become rather stealthy. Do I press the hard to find x? When i do, a screen comes up where its confusing on how to get back to your game. Some ads force you to websites but then you can't get back to the game. I hitā¦
I went up to level 483 and reinstalled it after deleting it. Now it won't come back with my account. Please help me get back to the same level I was before.
I really wish they'd stop the awful, off key music playing on start up and go back to once you've turned it off it stays until you choose to change it.
