Want fewer emails? Or maybe you do not want to miss replies, badges, or messages from other players?
You can fully control what notifications you receive from the Candy Crush Saga community and how you receive them.
Here’s how to set it up 👇
📍 Step 1: Open your profile menu
- Tap or click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the community.
- Select Account & Privacy Settings.
📍 Step 2: Go to Notification Preferences
- In the menu, tap Notification Preferences.
- This is where all notification options live.
🔔 Step 3: Choose what you want to be notified about
You can turn notifications on or off for different activities, such as:
My Account
- New badges
- Rank changes
- Comments on your activity
- Private messages
Posts
- When someone replies to your question
- When your answer is accepted
- New comments on posts you joined
- When you are mentioned by another player
Categories
- Notifications for new posts or comments in categories you follow
You can also choose how you get notified:
- 🔔 Community pop-up
- 📧 Email
(or both)
Just tick or untick the boxes based on what matters to you.
📩 Community emails
At the bottom of the page, you can also control automated community emails, like:
- Welcome tips
- Reminders if you have been inactive
- Updates about community activity
You can switch these on or off anytime.
That’s it!
Your settings save automatically.
You can come back and change them whenever you like, especially if your preferences change over time.
