I mastered 12 levels in an episode and earned a gold trophy. After finishing, I closed the app. When I re-entered the game, it says I mastered 8 and gave me a bronze. Why is this this the case? I did all the troubleshooting proccesses.

The same incidence happened to me last night but I just shrugged it. I am quite sure that it didn't have anything to do with the device that I use that it is a glitch. My suggestion to you is to take a ScreenShot of your Game Map before closing the App and compare it with the map when you re-open the App hours later or the following day. If there is a discrepancy, then take another ScreenShot and post them here or in Support Area so the they can be looked at and get fixed.
