The option of a free spin for extra moves at the end of a game is not available for me.

The option of a free spin for extra moves at the end of a game (renewed every 48 hours) has been removed from my Candy Crush Saga. I have updated to the latest version and logged out and back in. I have been playing Candy Crush for about 10 years, and it was always available. Worse is that my husband still has it... and even more booster opportunities. It makes no sense why it would be removed from some people and left for others. It was not a ‘test’ booster as I have seen in other posts, because, as I said, I had it for about 10 years... It is a big help on the Nightmarishly hard levels and without the option for extra moves, it makes Candy Crush much less enjoyable...

Please get back the extra spin wheel. I can’t keep using 10 bars to finish a level!! I understand it comes every certain amount of hours but is been weeks. Like said before it has it in some devices and other candy crush players. Is really not fair! Specially when I been a customer for over 6 years and do spend money on the game. Hopefully you guys will bring it back! Old timers like me really enjoy the original form of the game and all this new stuff is a lot lol!!! I love this game is my therapy before my king busy days!!!

@cwrong01 Hi and welcome, The Free spin feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems

To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible

I play multi device and still have this one 2 devices but lost it on the 3rd
