Unlimited lives are rare, even in events ... You can buy unlimited lives if you have enough gold bars or play on another device if you desperately need lives :)
Hey there.. The best way to get the extra lives is through the master trophy event.. I wish they could implement some few minutes of lives in the daily rewards too😁

The unlimited life can only be bought by gold bars in the game shop or it can be earned via certain events/features. The only event/features that give 30 minutes unlimited live is the toy box. Bear in mind that these event or features may not be available to all players.
Thus, just keep playing and look out for any features/events that reward players with unlimited lives.

@Bosspebbles Hi and welcome, You can only get an extra life through the master trophy feature and also you get 5 lives when you rank up to a new frame, other than this you can only request lives from your friends or purchase them
Join some of the Facebook candy crush groups you will always find people willing to share lives on them
