CCS is not loading -has not been loading - on my computer for about a fortnight
Have tried Opera, Chrome and Edge. Opera has been inviting me to install Java (which is installed) in the first place.
Why is this so?

which platform are you playing on - through FB, King, through a Windows downloadable app ...?
If you're playing through King, it could be a problem with the Flash Player, since this version of the game had problems with it no longer being supported.
If you had problems in the game on FB, please make sure to play on a HTML5 supported and updated browser to be able to continue playing. However FB is known to have a slower download time and has issues with loading the page.
@bonazaz Hi and welcome please check you operating software is up to date and your browser is also on the latest version, remember that flash is no longer supported in many browsers. Clear you browser cache and restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
I recently had a few issues with chrome which i always use so updated edge to the latest version and since have had no issues
