Lost my account??
Options
My King.com account has just disappeared. I've had this account for years and yesterday It logged me out and now I can't log back in I don't understand why, I surely haven't changed email nor password so everything should be fine. I also tried password reset but then it says "This email is not registered." I checked facebook and there I still have my progress but I never play on facebook I want my King.com account back, please help!!

Have you tried syncing your facebook account with a king account
You will need a PC to do this
Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?
Quite simply yes you can! It's really straightforward to sync your progress between Facebook, mobile and King.com, which means if you would like to switch platforms, you can easily do so without having to start the game again.
To sync your progress with King.com, please complete the following steps:
- Go to the King website at King.com
- Log in using your existing King profile, or create a new King profile if you don't already have one.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon
- Select ‘Account’
- You will be prompted to confirm your password
- Select the option ‘Score and progression sync’ and then proceed to enter your Facebook login information
- Once complete, your progress will be updated across all King games on King.com

We warmly welcome you to the Friendly King Community's Candy Crush Saga forum.
Even if you don't play the game on the Facebook platform, your game was ever synced with Facebook so your game progress is still saved on Facebook. Since you cannot access the game through Kingdom, you need to make sure you have typed emai correctly.(The letter in the email will be small)
Anyway tell me which device and which platform you are using for the game?
