I can’t send nor receive lives via Facebook 👉 Update your game!

Dear Candy Crushers,

Facebook recently made a change to its platform, and this means that you might experience issues when sending or receiving lives.

But do not worry! A fix for Candy Crush Saga is ready, so please make sure to update your game to the latest version on your device.

Here are a couple of handy guides on how to keep your apps updated on Android and iOS.

Yeah I guess I wasn't able to send either..I uninstalled/reinstalled twice the second time I was able to send lives once... Next time it didn't work

Hi I'm still unable to ask or receive lives on my mobile or tablet. Both apps are updated and I logged off and back on Facebook. Tried to log an issue but no response. Is this still being looked at?

Thank you, had already tried that, did try again and it didn’t work. I’ll just use my 6 lives and wait - I’m not spending any more money on the game until it’s fixed, no point paying for scrolls or special offer boosters if you only have a few lives and have to wait while the booster timers carry on

i fixed this problem by logging into my Facebook account. go to:

settings and privacy >apps and websites> logged in with Facebook.

Before completing the next step make sure you have your log in email and password for candy crush so you don’t lose your progress.

if candy crush is active then you will EDIT And Remove.

next open candy crush and sign in with your email and password. I instantly had ads back.

I do this after every game or Facebook update.

mine did the same thing. I went on Facebook. Opened the settings and privacy. Then apps and websites. Find logged in with Facebook. If candy crush is listed as active, select edit and remove. Then open candy crush and log in with your email and password. Right after I signed back in I got the option to watch ads for bonus and lives. Make sure you know your log in information because if you don’t you might lose your progress.

Hi, I've written support and they have no clue what the problem is. I still can't send or receive lives in Candy Crush.. My saved lives are almost gone now.. How am I supposed to play then if you don't know what the problem is?? There's no pop up window when trying to send lives. I've sent pics of that everything is connected as it should be, also checked that pop up is allowed which it is and updated the app less than 30 min ägo.. Still not working.. 🤬🤬 Been like this since update before this latest..
